Strategy & Leadership
Marketing strategy that survives contact with the P&L.
We build growth strategies the way operators do — from your unit economics up. You get a clear answer to where to invest, what to cut, and what the next twelve months should return.
Marketing Strategy & Consulting, the Solved way
Most marketing strategies fail in the gap between the deck and the dashboard. Ours are built by people who have owned revenue targets, budgets and teams, so every recommendation is sized, sequenced and assigned before it reaches you.
We start with the numbers that actually govern growth — customer acquisition cost, payback, contribution margin, lifetime value and sales capacity — then work outward to positioning, channel mix and the operating plan. The result is a strategy your finance team can model and your marketing team can execute on Monday.

Scoped to your goals — engage the full program or the pieces you need.
Growth model
A driver-based model linking spend, conversion, retention and margin to revenue — so trade-offs become arithmetic, not debate.
Market & customer research
Segmentation, jobs-to-be-done interviews, competitor teardown and share-of-search analysis to find where demand really sits.
Positioning & messaging
A sharp value proposition and message hierarchy, tested against real buyers before anyone spends a dollar on media.
Channel mix & budget allocation
Investment levels by channel and funnel stage, with marginal-return thresholds that tell you when to scale or pull back.
12-month operating plan
Quarterly priorities, owners, resourcing, test roadmap and the KPIs leadership will review.
Executive readout
A board-ready narrative with the model, the plan and the risks — written to be approved, not admired.

FAQ
Marketing Strategy & Consulting FAQs
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly — a strategist replies within one business day.
How long does a marketing strategy engagement take?
A focused strategy sprint runs four to six weeks from kickoff to executive readout. Larger repositioning or multi-brand work typically takes eight to ten weeks.
Do you also execute the strategy?
Yes, if you want us to. Many clients have us run some or all channels afterward; others take the plan in-house. Either way, the plan is written to be executable by whoever owns it.
What do you need from us to start?
Read access to analytics, ad platforms and CRM, a finance contact for margin and revenue data, and an hour with each key stakeholder. We handle the rest.
Is this right for an early-stage company?
Yes. For earlier-stage teams we focus the work on positioning, the first two or three channels to prove out, and the metrics that will matter for the next raise.
